this is looking great!
did you do the alpha brushes for the patterns yourself?
on some parts i think it could be a little refined- but thats just me:P

Oh absolutely. I barely new how to get anything done. Texturizing is just a mess, and the blending of the head to he necks is awful. The feet are unfinished as well. But over all I think I did ok for it being my second ever sculpt. So much fun to see it come together. I have a lot to learn.

as for the blending, i have found out that using the smooth-brush and the claybrush with alpha textures and little z-intensity leads to nice transitions in critical areas

its a nice idea to learn from real media 3d-objects;-)

hey when working on creature try to model it with the mouth open. that helps just in case you want it in a cool pose or something

what i did with mine is i modeled one head and just made openings for where the other 2 went then just copied them and changed them slightly.
